SELECTING YOUR KR012

Is the KR012 Right for Your Workstation?

Consider the KR012 when your workstation needs a wider tightening area, articulated movement and flexible mounting options. Select the configuration around your tool, fastening positions and position detection requirements.

A Wider Tightening Area

Reach options up to 2 m help accommodate fastening positions spread across a larger work area.

Tightening Within 100 Nm

Consider the KR012 for applications within 100 Nm, with the selected configuration matched to your tool and working reach.

Mounting to Suit Your Layout

Choose top, side or column mounting according to the available mounting space and workstation structure.

Optional Position Detection

Choose a version without sensors, or add XY or XYZ position detection when your process requires tool position feedback.

ARM STRUCTURE AND MOVEMENT

Long Reach with Articulated Movement

The KR012 combines a long-reach carbon fiber arm with an articulated structure. The manual illustrates 180-degree articulation, an adjustable balancer and an optional tool adapter, with position detection available in selected configurations.
