KR001 SERIES | DUAL-AXIS TYPE

KR001 Dual-Axis Torque Reaction Arm

Designed for tightening workstations with sufficient operating space, the KR001 uses a spring balancer to support the weight of the tool and arm while counteracting reaction torque. Choose from 25, 50, or 100 Nm configurations with no position detection, XY detection, or XYZ detection.

Is the KR001 Dual-Axis Right for Your Workstation?

The KR001 Dual-Axis is intended for tightening workstations with sufficient operating space. Review the following points to determine whether its torque range, working area, load, folding direction, and position-detection options match your application.

Consider the KR001 Dual-Axis When

  • Your workstation has sufficient space for a folding-arm structure.
  • The required maximum torque is 25, 50, or 100 Nm.
  • You need an adjustable working area and spring-balanced tool support.
  • The application requires no position detection, XY detection, or XYZ detection.

Confirm These Details Before Selection

  • Required default-load configuration: 2.5, 3, or 4 kg.
  • Left-folding or right-folding arm configuration.
  • Analog 0-10V or RS-485 digital output when position detection is required.
  • Tool-handle dimensions, arm length, mounting method, and whether a controller is required.

How the KR001 Dual-Axis Structure Works

The KR001 combines a dual-axis folding arm with a spring balancer. The balancer supports the weight of the tool and arm, while the arm counteracts reaction torque and provides an adjustable working area.

Spring-Balanced Tool Support

The spring balancer supports the combined weight of the tightening tool and arm. Its load can be adjusted for the selected setup.

Dual-Axis Folding Structure

The folding-arm structure provides an adjustable working area and is intended for workstations with sufficient operating space.

Adjustable and Customizable Structure

The horizontal arm and vertical column lengths can be customized, while the cross-arm plate installation position can be adjusted.

Tool-Specific Adapter Block

The adapter block can be customized according to the type and dimensions of the tightening tool handle.

KR001 Position Detection and Configuration Options

The KR001 Dual-Axis is available without position detection or with XY or XYZ position detection. Sensor-equipped models can use analog 0-10V output or RS-485 digital communication, while left- and right-folding configurations are available for different workstation layouts.

Without Position Detection (N)

KR001-FN models are supplied without a position sensor. They are available in 25, 50, and 100 Nm versions with left- or right-folding configurations.

Example KR001-FN-50R

50 Nm, right-folding, without position detection.

XY Position Detection (M)

KR001-FM models provide XY position detection. Select analog 0-10V or RS-485 digital sensor output, together with the required torque and folding direction.

Example KR001-FM-50LA

50 Nm, left-folding, with XY detection and analog 0-10V output.

XYZ Position Detection (MZ)

KR001-FMZ models provide XYZ position detection. They are available with analog 0-10V or RS-485 digital output in 25, 50, and 100 Nm configurations.

Example KR001-FMZ-50RS

50 Nm, right-folding, with XYZ detection and RS-485 digital output.
