KR001 Direct-Push Torque Reaction Arm

Space-Efficient Direct-Push Structure with 360° Arm Rotation

The KR001 combines adjustable push-pull reach with 360° rotation around a fixed column, providing a more space-efficient movement envelope than the KR001 Dual-Axis model. Its spring balancer supports the tightening tool and moving arm components, while the rigid arm structure transfers reaction torque to the workstation base. Choose from 25, 50, or 100 Nm configurations with no position detection, XY detection, or XYZ position detection.

Is the KR001 Direct-Push Right for Your Workstation?

The KR001 Direct-Push Torque Reaction Arm is intended for fixed tightening stations that need adjustable push-pull reach and 360° rotation within a relatively compact movement envelope. Before selecting a configuration, confirm the maximum tightening torque, required working radius, tool load, installation clearance, and whether the process needs position detection.

DIRECT-PUSH MOVEMENT

How the KR001 Direct-Push Torque Reaction Arm Works

The KR001 combines adjustable push-pull travel with 360° rotation around a fixed vertical column. The spring balancer compensates for the weight of the tightening tool and moving arm components, while the rigid arm structure transfers reaction torque through the column to the mounting base during tightening.

KR001 Direct-Push torque reaction arm with push-pull reach, 360° rotation, and spring-balanced support
01
Adjustable Push-Pull Reach

The horizontal arm slides inward and outward along its guide, allowing the operator to position the tool within the specified working radius. This direct linear movement avoids the folding motion used by a dual-axis arm.

02
360° Rotation Around the Column

The complete arm assembly rotates around the vertical column, allowing the tool to reach fastening points throughout the surrounding work area while the mounting base remains fixed.

03
Spring-Balanced Tool Support

The adjustable spring balancer compensates for the weight of the tightening tool and moving arm components, reducing the load the operator must support. During tightening, the rigid arm transfers reaction torque through the column to the mounting base.

POSITION DETECTION OPTIONS

Choose the Right KR001 Configuration

The KR001 Direct-Push Torque Reaction Arm is available in three configurations: KR001-PN without position detection, KR001-PM with XY detection, and KR001-PMZ with XYZ detection. Select the configuration according to whether the workstation requires mechanical tool support only or also needs position data for fastening-point verification. All three configurations are available with 25, 50, or 100 Nm torque ratings.
